Terms & Conditions for Manage Game Play (the “Programme”)
The Programme is open to all Resorts World Sentosa Genting Rewards card members (“Members”) who are at least 21 years of age.
It is the responsibility of the Member to provide correct and updated contact information for SMS Notifications to be sent.
RWS shall not be liable for any loss (including, but not limited to, monetary losses and loss of benefits and privileges) incurred arising from or in connection with this Programme, including any losses incurred by reason of any:
Failed or late issuance of Notifications;
Inability to locate Member to provide Personal Reminder;
Failure of Member to receive Notifications;
Incorrect recording of gameplay time and/or MGP spend (including incorrect recording of gameplay time and/or MGP spend due to misuse of membership cards).
regardless of whether (a) – (d) was caused by any fault or negligence of RWS.
General Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in this Programme, Members are deemed to have (a) accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that RWS may issue from time to time and (b) consented to RWS collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data for the purposes of implementing this Programme.
Member shall fully indemnify and keep indemnified RWS against all claims, damages, costs and/or expenses made against or incurred by RWS and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and/or tenants arising from or relating to, without limitation, Member’s use of the Programme and/or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
RWS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to enhance, modify, suspend or permanently discontinue the Programme, and/or amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and without compensation to any Member.
All decisions made by RWS in relation to this Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be final and conclusive in each case.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and / or promotional materials relating to this Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
