What is Pre-Commitment Programme?

• Resorts World™ Sentosa provides the option for patrons to make a voluntary pre-commitment on how much to gamble to encourage patrons to plan their gambling expenditure and play responsibly.
• If you wish to pre-set limit on the amount you wish to gamble, you may enroll in the programme.

 

How does it work?

• Once enrolled into the programme, the patron is allowed to bring only the preset amount to the gaming floor.
• The remaining valuables (e.g. money to be safekeep in safe deposit box provided which can only be withdrawn when you leave the casino)

 

Can I change the Pre-Commitment amount or withdraw from the Programme?

• The pre-committed amount may be increased or decreased by submitting the request to our casino staff.
• Any increase to the pre-commitment limit will only take effect 24 hours after submission of the signed request form to our casino staff.
• The patron may apply to withdraw from the Pre-Commitment Programme. Any request to withdraw from the programme will take effect 24 hours after submission of the signed request form to our casino staff.

 

How to Enroll?

• Patrons can approach any of our casino staff for assistance.
• You will be referred to our RG Ambassador/ Shift Manager who will assist you with the enrollment and completion a Pre-Commitment Programme Application Form to pre-set the gambling limit amount. Enrollment is free of charge
