Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem caused by excessive gambling are not just financial. It may have negative impact on work, relationships and health. A problem gambler may behave in the following manner:

  • Constantly thinking or talking about gambling
  • Spending more time / money on gambling than they can afford
  • Finding it difficult to control, stop, or cut down on gambling; and feeling irritable when trying to do so
  • Feeling a sense of emptiness or loss when not gambling
  • Gambling more in order to win back losses or get out of financial trouble
  • Borrowing money, selling things, committing (or has considered committing) criminal acts in order to get money for gambling
  • Having increased debt, unpaid bills, or other financial troubles because of gambling
  • Gambling to the last dollar

RWS Casino Self-Exclusion

If you wish to apply to be excluded from RWS casino, you may choose from 1, 2, 3 years or permanent exclusion duration.

 

Once your RWS Self-Exclusion takes effect, you may not enter or remain on the premises of the RWS Casino. You may be escorted out of the Casino if you have an existing RWS Self-Exclusion.

 

Your RWS Self-Exclusion will remain in force until such date/time notified to you in writing. You may apply to revoke your RWS Self-Exclusion not earlier than one year after the commencement of your RWS Self-Exclusion by submitting a revocation application.

NCPG Casino Exclusion and Visit Limit

There are 3 types of NCPG Casino Exclusion and Visit Limit :

  1. Self-Exclusion/ Voluntary Visit Limit
  2. Family Exclusion/ Visit Limit
  3. Third-Party Exclusion/ Visit Limit

The barring for NCPG Exclusion is permanent while the limits for NCPG Visit Limit is either 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 visits per month.

You may apply by logging in with your Singpass to proceed with NCPG Exclusion/ Visit Limit application on NCPG website. You may also proceed with the online application on our self-service kiosk(s) at our Members Lounge/ “Membership” (located outside our casino main entrance at level B1).

Once your NCPG Exclusion/ Visit Limit takes effect, you may not enter or remain on the premises of casinos in Singapore, and you may be escorted out of the Casino, and all winnings paid or payable to you may also be forfeited.
